M. BARILMontreal photographer, Mathieu Baril obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Concordia University in 2009. His large format color photographs are influenced by both architecture and nature wich he explore in an objective documentary-like manner. The purpose of such objective representations is to let the subjects take on as much space as possible. By distancing himself as photographer, his work allows for greater relationship between subject and viewer. |
