Depuis 2003, Monsieur Schoel a édité et co-réalisé un programme diffusé à la télévision chaque semaine sur la vie des Inuit du nord, "Nunavimmiut", ce qui lui a donné l'opportunité de voyager et de travailler à Nunavik, au nord extrème du Québec. En 2006, il a réalisé et écrit "Shadow Riders", un petit film sur le "supernaturel western" à la David Lynch. In 2008, the film "Adam's Wall", for which Dana-Ryan Schoel wrote the screenplay, was released theatrically across Canada and is now available at Blockbusters & Superclub Videotron nationwide. "Adam's Wall" premiered in the U.S. at the Stony Brook Film Festival in New York in 2009, and has played at other festivals around the world from Japan to the Czech Republic.
