To give you an idea of what you can expect as an intern or staff member, here’s just a sample of what we enjoyed fresh from the Gallery Gora kitchen.

January 21st:

New Potato, Navy Bean and Tomato Salad with Organic Mixed Greens

Today’s meal featured new potatoes, navy beans and sweet cherry tomatoes with a fresh lemon juice, parsley and scallion vinaigrette next to a beautiful side salad of layered grated beets, sprouts, sliced red peppers and roasted pine nuts on a bed of organic mixed greens.

Organic sourdough bread with vegePate and hummus started the meal, while honeydew melon topped with vanilla probiotic yogurt and dried cranberries ended it on a refreshing note.

Thanks go out to Terry, whose skill in the kitchen keeps us fed, healthy and happy.
