Wine + Cheese tasting
30 persons group - 3 types of wine per night
This unique evening at Gallery Gora is designed to show you how to pair three of the world's best foods: Wine, Cheese, and Olive Oil. Our Sommelier will help novice wine enthusiasts to develop their pallets through the sampling of three carefully selected wines from around the world. The evening will then be followed by a Quebec cheese pairing in which local cheeses will be spotlighted and enjoyed. If this is not enough to satiate a gourmand appetite, Y Olive, a speciality olive oil importer, will be providing a tasting of some of one of their prized limited edition olive oils.
