Come experience a great way to wake up your body and focus your mind for the day ahead. Sun salutations energize and warm you, even on the darkest, coldest winter day.
Hatha Yoga
Our Hatha yoga classes will strengthen, stretch, relax and revitalize your entire being both physically and mentally. If you are interested in relieving tightness or coping with tension, Hatha is for you. It increases muscle tone, detoxifies, improves flexibility and concentration, and promotes deep relaxation and renewal.

Our Level 1 class introduces the fundamentals of yoga, and builds a firm foundation for your yoga practice at a slower pace. This is a basic, well-rounded class with an emphasis on healthy alignment and coordinates movement with breath.
$300 - 10 weeks (3 classes/week)

Our Level 2 class is an intermediate Vinyasa class, which introduces more challenging poses at a moderate pace. This class builds strength and stamina as well as grace and flexibility.

VINYASA FLOW

Vinyasa Flow is a spirited, creative and dynamic flow class that synchronizes breath and movement. Vinyasa Flow is a powerful cardiovascular and strength-building workout that promotes flexibility, tone and concentration. It promotes a supple spine, upper-body strength and excellent overall body tone. Get ready to sweat in a fun, informative and playful class.

YIN YOGA

Yin yoga is a deep practice targeting the tendons, ligaments and fascia within the body. We hold the floor postures for three to five minutes to encourage the slow and safe opening of connective tissues, creating an overall feeling of relaxation, spaciousness and peace. Yin yoga can be challenging due to the length of time postures are held. Our Yin yoga class is open to all levels of students and is the perfect antidote to stress.
